Xavi's Protection Work Nationals 2026

I am so proud of my boy. He did a perfect exercise. The best heel work ever for me. I couldn't believe he was staying with me step for step. I got to the last yellow beacon and we took a step after that. I was so happy. And then the judge indicated for the helper to come out from behind the hide and he rushed in for the bite. We got a lovely release and hold & bark, before heeling to the position for the long bite. I make my dogs sit quietly for the long bite - it builds drive. He did a great bite, release and hold & bark. Incredible Xavi!
